How was it?
I love it!
Why?
Because Ida B. hated going to school. Also, she talks to apple trees (in fact, she had names for several of them--- two were called Viola and Beulah) in their orchard and sometimes, to the brook, and rarely to the old tree atop the hill. Most of all, she plans ahead (bright kid!) and she loves to read!
I haven't fulfilled my promise of getting a copy of Stefan's book. Instead, I've got Mitch Albom's and Mark Haddon's latest books and a book by Carl Hiassen (not the Flush though).
